This is a bright, very large bedroom with an en suite bathroom that is part of a duplex house. The room and ensuite bathroom are on a separate floor and come with direct access to the terrace. Available for move in on 7th July. The other flatmate is a 25 year old, male, working professional. I am looking for someone to replace me.

Please note that this is a sublet, the current lease ends on 19 September but you will have the option to renew the lease directly for another term.
