29th Floor Barbican Flat

Our dear flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to replace him long term.

The room available is a double with a built in wardrobe, room for a desk and a door that leads to a wrap around balcony. The photos in the ad are actually of Andrea’s room, as our flat mate who is moving out is in the middle of packing, but the rooms are almost identical.

The flat has one full bathroom, and an additional toilet room. We also have a washing machine and dishwasher alcove. The kitchen is on the smaller side and as there are 4 of us in total, it would best suit those who don’t live to cook.

We have a massive living room that looks out onto the amazing city skyline. We’re on the 29th floor and have access to 3 lifts and a fire escape.

We are part of the Barbican Estate so you would have access to private resident only gardens and the full amenities of the Barbican on your doorstep, including the cinemas, library, conservatory and theatre.

You would be living with:
- Andrea, a TV researcher
- Nicholas, a journalist
- Ed, an actor

You will need to:
- Have a job
- Have tenancy references
- Not work from home more than 1 day a week
- Be tidy and friendly :)

We’d love to be able to hang out together sometimes and put on a movie etc., rather than someone who keeps entirely to themselves. However we all have busy lives, so most of the time we have our own things going on.

We encourage people from all walks of life to apply and consider ourselves a fun bunch. This is a queer friendly household.

Bills are ~£140
