Hi! I am looking for someone to replace me in my current flat-share. The room is very well located and a walk away from 4 different tube lines (Farringdon, Barbican, Moorgate, St Paul’s). This room would be ideal if you work in the city and want a short commute. The Barbican is a minute walk from the flat and has great exhibitions, movies, and plays.

The area is vibrant, safe, and in close proximity to markets (Whitecross, Spitalfields, and borough), restaurants, and shops (there is a Waitrose, Aldi, M&S, Co-op, and Tesco all in walking distance). There is a front desk with someone working from Monday to Friday and bike space in the parking lot.

The flat is available as of December 13th (potentially earlier, if needed).
