Looking for someone to take over my large bedroom as I am moving out and abroad.

Spacious and luminous flat fully furnished, newly decorated with underfloor heatingand full height windows at each end, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, grill and washing machine. All-weather balcony.

Bedroom has new double bed and new desk office. Access to private gardens for residents, 'In-house' theatre, concert hall, 3 film theatres and restaurants.

1500/month including all bills. There is a cleaner who cleans the whole flat every week. Daily removal of household recycling.

Transport is great. Barbican/Moorgate tube is 5min walk and St Pauls, Farringdon, & Liverpool St are all about 7'-10' min walk so you have a ton of underground / overground train lines to choose from.

Being in zone 1 you can also walk to the West End within 35 min. There a 3 supermarkets within 5 min - 2 small Tescos and 1 reasonably sized Waitrose plus a nice 24/7 mini market 5 min away on Old Street. The area is quiet but also close to Shoreditch & Farringdon for eating/ drinking/ going out.

The bathroom would be shared by you and 2 other flatmates.
