My home is a clean end-of-terrace two-bedroom, with a south-facing garden in a quiet, peaceful, and safe cul-de-sac.

I'm offering a cosy double-sized furnished room with a double bed, a bedside table, a small wardrobe, and wooden flooring.

All bills included. (£725 for couples)

Getting Around:
The bus stop is a 5-second walk away, with frequent bus service (EL1 -24 hour & EL3) to Barking station (15-20 mins away), shopping centre, and market.

From Barking station, you can access the London Overground, Hammersmith and City, District Line, and C2C services.

You'll also be a 10-minute walk from Barking Riverside station and relaxed Uber boat service. Or a two-stop bus ride.

There are convenience shops and takeaway places within walking distance dotted around the area.

About Me:
I work in Content Marketing. During the week, I'll work from home, a library, or some other quiet place. I would say I'm more introverted. However, I enjoy the occasional chat and laughing about anything and everything. I like red wine, exercising, gardening, going out with friends, and listening to music.

About You:
I hope to live with someone who appreciates peace and a clean and tidy place. Someone mature, cooperative, fair, and reasonable—like me, so we can be happy and live harmoniously together.

The house is mostly quiet, especially during the week, like a library! It's not a party house, well, not anymore, lol.

I welcome cat owners. I said goodbye to my fur baby not too long ago, so it would be nice to have a furry friend or two around again.
