I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 5th floor, 2-bed new build flat in Barking, I am due to get the keys on 31st July so will also upload photos of the actual apartment/room for rent as soon as I've moved in!
The room: Bedroom 2 on the floorplan with direct access to the balcony (great for summer!), a separate bathroom with bath/shower and shared kitchen/dining room all with underfloor heating. The building also has a communal roof terrace and ground level gardens as well as concierge.
About me: I’m 27 and currently work as an Insurance broker in the City. I enjoy going out for drinks and dinners with friends and going to the gym, but also enjoy chilled nights in and a Netflix binge!
