Rent is £650pcm for a single person including all bills (Please note gas and electricity will be monitored over winter time)
For couples it is £680 inc all bills. No children and pets.

Property is close to all amenities.

It is a 9 minute walk from barking station or you can get the bus 62 from barking station which takes 5 mins.
Fibre optic WiFi is available. One month deposit is needed. Happy to discuss a figure if it’s less. I will accept a stay of a minimum of 3 to 6 month or long term.
The room is available to men and woman who are working ( standard working hours Monday to Friday ie 9am to 5.30pm or around those hours) happy to discuss further if it not those hours. This is available to couples.
Please note I will need to see proof of identity and bank statements and reference if required.
Welcome smokers but not allowed to smoke in the flat however there is a garden if you want to smoke.

I am 34 British Asian woman and I am working Monday to Friday, normal hours and I also work from home two days a week.
