Visitors not permitted after 8pm. Weekly cleaning rota. One month rent and one month deposit required. Share kitchen and bathroom. Lodger agreement. CCTV, Fire alarm. No agents. Students and working professionals preferred. All bills included. In the room is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hanging wardrobe. Two free washes per week using my washing machine. Free Wi-fi. No free parking as you need a parking permit from the council. Sky TV (free channels).
Please provide photocopies of the following: passport, driving licence, ID/BRP Card, work/university acceptance letter, 1 mth bank statement, 1 mth payslip. Mthly rent payments by bank transfer on 1st of each month. Cash not permitted.
