Looking for someone friendly, reasonably clean and relaxed to share this great flat with. If you have any knack in keeping plants alive, that’s a bonus. I’m an in my 40s professional working in the creative industry and like to keep busy but always up for a chat and a Netflix binge watch.

In the next street is Barking train station with a very fast commute into town. Along with District, Hammersmith and city and the orange (?) Overground line, there’s a 15 min train to Fenchurch. In an added bonus, you can’t hear the trains from here either.
