Double bedroom (bedroom 1) with an ensuite with own bath. Room also includes a walking closet leading to the bath. Your room has a big floor to ceiling window and big shared living room and kitchen with a balcony. The Bedroom is unfurnished (pictures with my current furniture, open to leaving the bed if you require) and open if you have own living room furniture as well.

Wifi is included in rent price and bills are around 100£-120£ + council tax (140£), this would be split with the roommate.

The apartment also includes a free gym, lounge and roof terrace with BBQ options. There is a new corner shop in the complex as well. Dishwasher and washing machine included.
