Spacious double room in Barking Riverside

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and a non-smoker, if you know how to keep plants alive that's a bonus (as I'm terrible).
Flat is in Barking Riverside neighbourhood, a 10-15 walk from Barking Riverside Overground station and 15 min bus from Barking station. Close to retail parks, High Street and major supermarkets.
Double room with a double bed, you will have exclusive access to the guest bathroom, as I have an ensuite. The flat is fully furnished, and all bills are included (utilities, council tax and broadband).
I work from home 2-3 days a week and travel monthly for work, so someone tidy and clean is a must.
Before moving in, the first month + last month's rent is required + the deposit (The deposit will be placed in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme).
