Note: This house is for quiet people, not party people. If you are a party / noisy person, you won't fit in with other house mates.

Room with own shower room (including WC, basin and double shower) to rent in quiet house within 7-10 minutes walk of Barking station (zone 4 - District and Metropolitan lines). Fenchurch Street station (heart of the City) is only 15 minutes away from Barking station on the C2C train.

The room is furnished and contains a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, three chests of drawers, two wall=mounted cabinets and a built-in cupboard.

The shared kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.

One month rent in advance (£675) is payable. £675 deposit is required. The deposit will be placed with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) if stay is longer than 30 days. Rent will always have to be paid one month in advance.

Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity and water. Free Wi-Fi is also included.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE PERMITTED. SMOKERS MUST SMOKE IN THE FRONT OR REAR PATIOS IF THEY WISH TO SMOKE WHILST ON THE PROPERTY.
