The house is semi- detached converted into ground and first floor flats. The landlord lives on the ground floor. On the first floor there is two bedrooms (single and double rooms). There is also bathroom with WC and Kitchen-living area. The bills are included in the rent (electricity, gas, broadband, council tax, water). The rent is £160 per week (0r £690 per month)+ £500 deposit required (references will be required and proof of employment or payslips, clear criminal history).

There is large parking space.
