Large double room with en-suite shower room available, located in a quiet, lovely residential area, and only 11 minutes walking distance from Barking station. Close to local shops and buses.

This is a family house, so you will live with me and my husband as well as our young boy. We are gentle and friendly and both of us are vegetarians. So ideally, we would like to find a vegetarian single or couple to live with us.

There is a small garden which might become in handy in the summer. If you are interested, you could join in with the garden and you may be more successful than we were so far.

Please note that there will be GBP100 on top if you are a couple.

* c2c will bring you straight to Fenchurch St (near Tower Hill, Liverpool St) in about 15 minutes, also stopping at West Ham for the Jubilee Line
* District Line and Hammersmith and City Line is going all the way to West London, or further East, if you wish
* There is bus number 5 from the main road if you need it
