Double bedroom close to Barking station and shops

My apartment is based on 13th floor and facing to south east side, so it's quiet and with good sunshine. The flat was new when I bought so it's only a few years old, you will need to touch fob twice to go into the building, the flat has triple glazed windows for all rooms so in winter it's warm even without heating. There are totally 3 rooms, each room max 1 person. The ensuite is not available, the room 2 and room 3 are sharing one bathroom. Currently I'm only letting out room 2. Preferred female flatmate.

No smoking allowed, no pet and no couple.

Deposit and monthly rent 650, all bills inclusive.
