Looking for a friendly and clean lodger, full week or Mon - Fri lets considered.

Renting the room means you'll also have access to the usual amenities, fridge, washing machine, and all kitchenware.. etc and the rent stated includes bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax, waste collection and internet).

All spaces are shared in the house, (other than bedrooms)

About me
I have lived and worked in London for around 6 years and I love it. I love going out and trying new things, but due to CV19 and life changes I am rarely in the house.

I have a friend from uni living here who is very friendly and respectful (lived with him at uni and travelled together for 3 months!)

Location and near by shops
The house is 5-10 mins walk from Barking train/tube station with easy access to central London (17 mins to Fenchurch Street/Liverpool Street). District, Hammersmith and City, Overground and C2C trains operate through Barking and it is easy to get onto the Jubilee line at west ham. So basically it is well connected!

A big Asda, Tescos express, Lidl, Iceland are 10 -15 mins walk from the property, but there are also a few independent shops within a 5 minute walk. There's a Nando's, and two pubs nearby too. Other shops include boots, superdrug, wilkos.

The's a gym (the Gym Group) and a library 10 minute walk away, as well as a lovely park within a 5 minute walk.
