Will suit only responsible adults that are currently employed professionals who are house-proud, considerate, tidy and mature. Priority will be to key workers.

2. planned moving in date, which hopefully aligns with the availability stated date of the room’s
3. reason for wanting a BnB room

The property is a three-bed house. It is located in a quiet area of the purposely-built development for key-workers (Police, doctors, nurses, teachers etc) so will suit people who appreciate comfortable, quiet, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

Advert is up to date. Happy to respond to genuine queries on ambiguity. All gender, race, nationality and sexuality welcome.

Perks:
Nice neighbourhood designed for key workers, secured property and close, educated and supportive live-out landperson, beautiful, clean, tidy and well-maintained house with garden, secured and gated property, free wi_fi, local grocery store, pharmacy and GP services within walking distance. A minute walk to bus stop with frequent bus services to Barking Station (17 minutes bus journey).

Landperson’s reference from past and current lodgers available.

Cons/Non-negotiables:
Not suitable for profiles looking for tenants, party types, inconsiderate, disrespectful, lazy (including seeming not to have read the advert and one-liner type communicators), untidy people, smokers (including social ones and vapers), recreational drug users, anyone who doesn’t like or is not impressed by a clean house/tidy courtyard, engages in/encourages anti-social behaviours and anyone incapable of getting along with others /adhering to house protocols.


Unfortunately, to prevent overcrowding in the house, rooms are single units thus will not be suitable for couples or families with children.
