Double room in a happy house. Great location!

We are looking for a teacher or a professional working in the public sector (emergency services, nurse/medical professional, social worker etc), to join us in our happy home! There are 4 of us here. We are 2 teachers, a police officer and a paramedic. We have a 5 bedroom house in a really great area near to Barkingside Central Line Station (10 min walk). We are zone 4. 17 mins to Stratford. 26 mins to Liverpool Street. 37 mins to Oxford Street/Circus. It's a safe area and attracts lots of families and professionals. We are all super friendly and laid back. The house is perfect for an overseas trained teacher or someone coming to work in London for the first time. We often share a glass of wine or beer by the fire pit on the decking and talk about the joys of working in public services! We have a resident friendly cat.

The room is located on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom on your floor (yellow walls). The room has a luxury double bed, desk and loads of wardrobe/storage space. There's plenty of free parking by the house. Loads of hot water. The house is modern and clean. We have a large garden with a a log cabin which has a large sofa for chilling out in peace. There is a shared 'snug' on the 1st floor with a large flat screen TV and a shared kitchen and dining room with plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space. The house is set up in such a way that we can enjoy each other's company or have some privacy to chill out. We're close to Barkingside High Street where there is a leisure centre, restaurants, pubs and shops.
