Few busses goes to Ilford (Elizabeth line) station. Bus stop only 3 to 4 minutes walk from the property. All amenities are near by, like, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Banks, Groceries, and many more are within 4 to 5 minutes walk.

The flat is spacious, brand new, well insulated, has a new radiator.

The furniture, like wardrobe, a small sofa/chair and fridge/freezer will be provided if required by the prospective tenant.
