With large windows and a shady back garden it can be cool in the summer, but as Its a well insulated/heated house it is very warm in winter
*There is a garage at the end of the front garden which gives 2 really nice private garden/patios to use at the front and back of the house, so in summer you have hot sunshine or cool shade at any time of the day or evening. *There are garden lights, benches and tables, with plenty of room outside (smoking is ok but strictly outside only).

*I have been letting for over 20 years, often to long term lodgers. I have been told that people love living here and some have moved back for a second time (1 for a 3rd spell). Recently a new lodger said that she had viewed loads of places and not only was this the best, but nicer than the photos make it look.
*A legal tenancy agreement is provided for you.
*The house has up to date electricity and gas safety certificates and mains fed smoke alarms
*This house is in a safe upmarket quiet leafy spaced out cul-de-sac.
