Double Room In Barnes including all bills

I have a lovely airy double room in a top floor apartment with a great view, very close to Barnes station available for let. The rent includes all bills, netflix, broadband and a cleaner.

The flat has been recently fully refurbished and includes wifi and broadband in all rooms. The flat is SW facing and has a fantastic balcony with fantastic views over Richmond Park and Barnes Common with some great sunsets from the balcony and large glass doors. All rooms are very light and airy due to large windows. The monthly rent includes all bills. There are also two garages with potential space if desired and subject to agreement. The room itself has a double bed and a wardrobe. By all means decorate the room if you would like. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower.

A bit about me, i'm a 42 yr old professional working in project management internationally. I work full time and in the evenings i'm usually rowing. I also have an 18 year old daughter who stays regularly, she is very sociable and great fun to be around.

Other than that I enjoy tennis, rugby, flying and meeting up with friends and family.

I'm open to Mon to Friday or weekly lets.

No smoking in the flat, however there is a balcony.

Ideally i'd like someone who is respectful and sociable. We feel a female would work better as I Beth is 18. Other than that, we are very open minded.
