Double room in shared flat in Barnes

Hiya,

Our lovely flatmate is moving back to Canada so we have a room available in a three bedroom flat! It's quick five minute walk from Barnes Station which has great bus links to Putney, Clapham Junction, Richmond, etc!

A little bit about us:

Facts about Liz-
Liz is Australian and works in travel.
Loves a chat but also well independent.
Dramatic story teller, but also drama free.
Thinks she is funny.
Hates cheese
Useless at any and all home Renos but does have a screwdriver kit

Facts about Lucy -
She's our (soon to be) Lawyer
Has a really posh accent but not from England
Loves a hike
Loves to debate
Obsessed with animals
Hates KFC

We are pretty easy going, chilled and tidy people and would love for the person joining the flat to pitch in and keep the place clean.

We both work during the day and we are looking for someone with a similar hybrid working pattern and looking for someone working hybrid as well. We're not a party house, but are pretty social and every so often like to have a flat meal and trips to any of the many local pubs.

About the flat:

The living room is huge, perfect for a movie night. Kitchen has a lovely view over Barnes common, great for a morning coffee! We have a large green opposite the flat which is perfect for sunbathing and picnics, and we're also a short walk to the Thames River Path, Wetlands centre and Richmond Park.

The room itself is only furnished with the bed, however the current flatmate is willing to sell the additional furniture in the room! The price includes all bills - however with the energy increases this might change in the winter months!

This flat works with Hampton Lettings Agency and a new lease will be signed with the new tenant. References are required through the letting agency and due to agency requirements the tenants needs to be working, no students unfortunately.
