I am moving out as I a change in circumstances has meant I no longer need to be in London full time. My current flatmate, Owen (25), is tidy respectful and a joy to live with - very sociable and enjoys having friends over when we’re allowed to!
Barnes is super quiet and very leafy (think countryside meets London!)...with lots of lovely pubs & a weekly farmers market. There are regular buses from just outside the flat and trains to Clapham Junction / Waterloo etc. Just 5-10 min walk away.
Bills are about £150 pcm (Council Tax, WiFi & Elec / Gas). We were the first tenants in this lovely new build flat so it’s still lovely & clean.
