Double room

Hi all,
My housemate Andy & I are looking for a great new housemate who is clean & tidy, respectful of noise and who wants to contribute to creating a “home” in this great 3 bed flat in Barnes.
I work in buying & product development and Andy works in tv & movies doing sets & props so it’s a bit of a creative house.
We are both pretty busy but like the occasional house movie, pizza or drink at the pub.
Ideally we are looking for a female housemate.

Bedroom;

Rent: £500pm / Bills: £150
This is a lovely sunny room that has just been repainted and includes a double bed, set of draws, cupboard and built in wardrobe.

The shared areas of the flat include;

Living / dining room which is bright and sunny with a balcony overlooking the communal garden and trees below.

Separate toilet and bathroom with shower over the bath.

Kitchen with usual mod cons, including a dishwasher. The washing machine and new boiler are in a separate cupboard down the hall which is great.

We have 1 parking space which is generally shared amongst housemates for guests but if you have a car we can accommodate. There is also a secure bike shed in the back garden for cyclists.

Details;

- Rent and bills are paid into 2 different accounts.
- A security deposit of one month's rent will be required by the landlord in advance which is protected under the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
- There is a contract of 6 months, with a rolling 1 month contract thereafter.

Barnes;
Barnes is just over Hammersmith Bridge. The flat is close to a Tesco Express, French bakery/coffee shop, restaurants, and pharmacy. Barnes village, which is a 15min walk away, has a great Farmers Market on Saturdays, a pretty pond, Barnes Wood and a good range of stores.

Our nearest tube station is Hammersmith which is on the District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & Fulham lines. The station is a roughly 15 min walk away.
