Double bedroom in a friendly household

Good sized, bright and fully furnished double bedroom in a well located, friendly household. The room includes a double bed, large desk, large and wardrobe & chest of drawers. The house comes with two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, large living room and garden.

Bills aren’t included in the rent but usually come to around £50-60 a month (give or take time of year) We also have a house kitty (around £5 a month) for loo roll etc.

We’re in a fantastic location in Barnes, just few minutes walk from Barnes bridge station, which has quick links (20mins or so) to Waterloo. Buses also run regularly to areas such as Hammersmith, Putney and Richmond. Choice of three supermarkets just 5 min walk away. If you’re into cycling or running, there are some great local routes along the river and up through Richmond Park!

We’re a good bunch, 2 girls and 2 guys, around late 20s/early 30s. We work in different professions from media to horticulture and all get on well. We’re all pretty active but love to share a meal, beers and a movie when we’re together.
