Hello, we have a lovely single room in a cosy and warm maisonette, located between Hammersmith, Barnes and Barnes Bridge stations. The apartment is situated over 2 floors with a separate entrance. The kitchen is large and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, microvawe, oven). Bus 419 stops right in front of fhe building, convenience store and post office is literally next door.
We are 4 friendly professionals (1 lady and 3 gentlemen). Looking for frendly and tidy flatmate.
The rent is £600 per month, all bills are included. The deposit is £600, which will be returned whenever you decide to move out. Notice period is also one month. The room has been newly refurbished (you can still smell the paint) and new carpet laid.
Fibre Optic Broadband, Satellite TV Connection, good pressure hot water.
We treat this place as our home, not a random shared flat.
