My housemate Alison & I are looking for another friendly female as our current housemate is leaving London for a new job.

A little bit about the flat;

The Room
The room is a small sunny double with the added benefit of its own balcony, bed and built in wardrobe.

Kitchen
A good size kitchen that includes a cooker (gas top and fan oven), fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
There is also a Washer / Dryer in a separate space.

Bathroom
A good shower over the bath with a separate toilet

Living Space
Lounge / dining room includes a balcony

Location
Perfectly located near local shops & pubs, the river and good bus routes. The nearest tube is Hammersmith which is a short 15 min walk over the bridge. Barnes village is just a 10 min walk away

Other detail
- Rent is £500 pm (excluding bills)
- All Bills are £170 pp and paid into a separate house account
- One month’s rent required as a deposit which is protected by Deposit Protection Service
- 6 month contract that then becomes a rolling contract
- Passport ID required
- Guarantor required
- Must be non-smoker
- No Pets
- We have 1 allocate parking space for the fat which is shared between housemates
