Short term sub let

Please read this ad thoroughly to avoid any misunderstanding .
This is a sub let of a double room in Barnes Sw13 ..15 min walk to Hammersmith or cycle ...yes the famous Hammersmith bridge😂
I work with dogs so you need to be happy and very comfortable around them as they are in the house a lot ..
Shared living space ,kitchen bathroom and garden .

Looking for someone clean and understands the concept of picking up after themselves
We are chilled but not to the point of dirt ;)
Will update the room pics end of Dec as its changed since. Cannot view it until Jan
The rent is including all bills.
