Mon-Fri let in Barnes on the river

My home is on the river in Barnes, I'm female owner/occupant. I work in film/tv production and as a nutritionist - I live an active healthy, lifestyle and looking for the same, and my home is a cam oasis.

Short term let available immediately (ideally 1-4 months but possibly extendable).

Mon-Fri £700 pcm. A full week is available depending on your schedule, £900 pcm.

Bills (including water, gas, electricity, weekly cleaner and broadband included) are included in rental price.

Full reference check and 1 months deposit required.

Looking for happy, clean & tidy professional who is outgoing and honest - and who appreciates a nice, calm home. Share kitchen and bathroom with owner, who works from home with my desk in the living room.

Living room available evenings and weekends or when I'm not at my desk.

House is 12 mins from Barnes Bridge station that goes direct into Waterloo in 24 mins (stopping Clapham Junction, Vauxhall) and so ideal for getting into central London quickly and easily.

Various buses go past property and it's a 30 minute walk (15 minutes over Hammersmith Bridge if you drive/park) to Hammersmith tube station (district, Piccadilly).

It's about 45 mins to centre of town door to door. 30 minutes bus to Richmond.

If you own a car transport is improved, there is some free parking around Lonsdale Road.

If you are a medic, it is 10 mins bus ride to Hammersmith Bridge and 15 min walk to Charing Cross Hospital, approx. half hr or so from Chelsea and Westminster, 15 mins cycle c. 30 mins walk to Queen Mary’s Roehampton, c 30 mins direct train to Norbiton for Kingston Hospital.

Room is simply furnished with comfortable single bed, desk, lamp and clothes rail. Room images updated.
