Central Barnes Location with private garden

Hey!

Thanks firstly for looking at my post.

I am looking for a new room mate as my current tenant is now moving out due to her work relocation.

The location of this apartment is superb, it’s seconds from all the shops, restaurants and pubs that Barnes has to offer. Transport is really easy too, both Barnes and Barnes bridge are walking distance and Hammersmith tube is super close too!

The room is a huge double bedroom with a lovely window overlooking the private garden.

The room will be furnished and includes:
1 x Double bed (very new) and has storage underneath.
2 x bed side tables & a huge triple wardrobe.
There is also desk space should you need it , which really explains just how big this rooms is.

The kitchen has a dining area and the living room is shared and fully kitted out.
The garden is lovely and super lower maintenance. All bills are included, I just ask that you assist with the cleaning. (I do have a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks)

The house is certainly not a party house so if that’s what you are looking for better to find another place.

I am a super chilled out 32 year old housemate, who is heavily focussed on my career, travelling and working out. I do come with a adorable English bulldog called Dave who pretty much sleeps all day. We are super clean and regularly have our cleaner who helps the place looking great!
