Lovely room in Barnes

Hi, I've been living in this lovely, modern flat since April and am now looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to share with.
Ideally someone who is friendly and respectful. I like being active, especially running and gym. I work as a nanny and also run my own business where I help people to organise different parts in their houses.
It would be great to find someone who is happy to hangout as the living room and kitchen are open plan, but who will also respect privacy and the need for a decent night's sleep! This flat share would best suit a mature professional who is not partying during the week :)

The room is a good size and comes with a large double bed, bedside table, and chest of draws.
There are French doors which open out on to a small courtyard.
The shared bathroom has shower over the bath.

All bills, (including the very expensive) Richmond council tax are included and there is a private parking space out the front.
There is a small third bedroom which could double up as a WFH space if required. The flat is close the to train line but please don't let this put you off. I got used to it surprisingly quickly and sleep very well here. Neighbours are friendly too.
This beautiful sought-after area is safe and friendly. The river, Barnes village, and Sheen high street are all in 10-minutes walking distance.
Loads of nice shops, pubs, markets, and cafes close by. Richmond park and lots of other open green space for those that like being outdoors.
The nearest train stations are Mortlake and Barnes Bridge, both a short walk. You can get to Waterloo in about 20/25 minutes. Nearest tubes are Putney and Richmond which are 10 mins on the bus. Hope to find someone great to share this lovely apartment.
