They are looking for a young professional in their 20’s/30’s. The couple are socialable, love travelling and like to keep active.
The room is available for £1,250 per month including bills (which includes a weekly cleaner).
They would also be open to renting the room Monday to Friday for £850 per month including bills.
They can be flexible on the move in date.
