Barnes/Putney Friendly Flatshare!

Our current housemate is moving to the land down under and we’re looking for someone else to join us in 23 Roe!

Current flatmates are myself (Debbie, 28) and Michael (also 28), both friends who met through Spareroom. We both work full-time and work in the office/WFH during the week generally 9-5 Mon-Fri. We’re looking for someone clean and tidy, friendly, with a good balance of having their own stuff going on but down for some pints in the pub on the odd occasion and up for a laugh when we do happen to all be in. No preference on gender etc but only looking for 26-33 year olds (sorry!).

It’s a medium sized double room that will be available from the 5th October, furnished with bed, side table/chest of drawers, wardrobe space, desk etc - All the basics. The main bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet is shared and there’s a second separate toilet as well which is handy. The flat is part of a block which are great at getting stuff sorted, all respectful and you can hear hardly any noise from the neighbours. The landlord is just as great.

It’s a great location, technically in Barnes but only a 10/15 min walk into Putney. Barnes is lovely, we’re 5-10 mins away from Barnes High street which has an M&S, Sainsbury's Local and good set of pubs or there’s a Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express 5 mins in the Putney direction. Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Asda aren’t far if you want a bigger store either. We’re literally a stones throw from Barnes station (but don’t worry you can’t hear the trains) or a 20 min walk (10 min bus) to Putney Bridge District Line.

£789.75 pcm is rent, with bills, council tax etc excluded which comes to around £949.14 in total (we’re in council tax band E). No cleaner but we share the chores about the flat each week.
