This is a single room tucked away at the top of the house with a single bed, small hanging space, chest of drawers and some under bed drawers. Simple, cosy, cute.

Private walk in shower room a pace away.

Use of kitchen, sitting room and garden.
Fresh cotton sheets, pillows, duvet, hotel quality towels, clock radio and kettle are provided if wanted.

Dog-loving females preferably please - I have a gorgeous friendly labradoodle but he’s nervous of men

I live with my two sons age 13 and 21. My youngest is here 50% of the time and my eldest is out working during the day and out most evenings.

My bedroom is also on the top floor of the house up a few steps from yours. The rooms have good solid doors with locks on so noise is not an issue.
