Snug single room - females preferred

This is a very small room tucked away at the top of the house with a single bed, a chest of drawers and some hangers on the back of the door. Simple, cosy, cute.

Fresh cotton sheets, shower room a pace away. Use of kitchen, sitting room, bathroom etc

There is limited storage so not suitable if you have a huge wardrobe of clothes and loads of stuff - see pictures for details.

Dog-loving females preferably please - I have a gorgeous friendly labradoodle.

I live with my two sons age 12 and 20. My youngest is here 50% of the time and my eldest is out working during the day and out most evenings.

You would have unlimited access to the ground floor, living room, eat-in kitchen and garden.

My bedroom is also on the top floor of the house up a few steps from yours. The rooms have good solid doors with locks on so noise is not an issue.
