Two gorgeous rooms available in friendly home

The House: This is a beautiful house a few minutes walk from the river and Hammersmith Bridge. It's a spacious three storey house with front and back gardens (maintained by Arran), a large kitchen dining room, and a shared living room. House is in Council Tax Band G, and bills are communal - split equally between all tenants.

The Area: There are several shops just outside, and we're also a 15 minute walk from Barnes village. 15 minute walk also takes you to Hammersmith Station and a wide selection of pubs and shops.

Us: With work we are often out of the house, but we love nothing more than a evening of baking, a cosy film, a coffee in the garden, or enjoying the comforts of the area. Arran has lived in the house for 18 months. Arran works from home 2 days a week, and Nicholl is out at work most of the week currently.

You: We are looking for two friendly and kind housemates to join us- if you can double as our new pub quiz team mates that'd be great! We don't do forced fun but a fun chat in the kitchen, a joint yoga or reformer pilates (if you're brave) class, trip to the pub, or just a good cup of tea and film will always be on offer with us around.

The Rooms: There are two rooms available - one single, and one double. We are looking for two people who would be ready to move in mid-December and stay for at least 6 months in to 2025.

Bedroom One - £1200 pcm (not inc. bills) - Large Bedroom, as pictured with fireplace (non-working). This large room looks out on to the surprisingly quiet Castlenau, with high ceilings and ample space for you. Room comes unfurnished.

Bedroom Two - £925pcm (not inc. bills) - on the upper floor of the house, overlooking the garden. This room gets lovely sunsets and can be orientated to fit in a desk as well a double bed. Room comes unfurnished.
