I am looking for somebody to move into my room in a maisonette in Barnes from mid-July.. I have had a wonderful time living here but it is time for me to move onto pastures new and move in with my best mate. The flat is perfectly located right next to a nature reserve bordering the River Thames. It is midway between Barnes, which has a village atmosphere, nice independent shops and restaurants and a Saturday farmers market, and Hammersmith, which has fantastic pubs by the river and is well connected by tube with the rest of the capital. My housemates are both young professionals- one works for a charity and the other works for Chelsea FC, and are both very friendly while appreciating their own space also - we don’t argue at all. On top of rent the bills are as follows
Council tax £66pm pp (Band D)
Internet £9.60pm pp
Energy £33pm pp
Water bill for last year - £290pp
