Double bedroom in Barnes

Hello! I recently bought a lovely flat in the peaceful and green area of Barnes, and am now looking to rent out the second bedroom.

The flat is a lovely two-bed, and is a 10 minute walk to both Barnes and Barnes bridge station. At the end of the road is a beautiful green with a pond, and every Saturday there is a farmers market (see photos) The flat has a shared living room which gets lots of sunlight in the evening, and has a sofa-bed should you like to have guests stay over occasionally.

A bit about me: I’m a 31 year old professional working in the arts. I love film and theatre, as well as keeping active by running, going to the gym, and playing football. Ideally I’d like to live with someone that is respectful of quiet time and is fairly tidy, but would also be up for a chat and the occasional trip to the pub or some other social activity.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, and built in wardrobe. The curtains in the photo will be replaced, and we will also be installing black out blinds.

Reference checks will be carried out and proof of employment will be required. There will be a contract.
