2 rooms available in peaceful Barnes flat

There are two double rooms available in the flat from September 5th. The flat is located right by Barnes station and offers a huge amount of potential for anyone interested in sport. There's the Barnes sports centre, cricket pitches, Thames walk, and Richmond park all within walking distance of the flat.

Its on the quieter side of London but the SWR means you can be at Waterloo in less than 30m and Oxford Circus in about 40m.

The other housemates are moving out to move in with their partner or to be closer to their friends over in East London.

Im a 29 year old professional, currently working remote but my company will be getting an office in the next couple of months where I'll be expected to be in twice a week. I'm quite active during the week either going to wrestling, gym, running, or spending time with my partner.

Ideally the people who would be joining would be clean and tidy as we've typically kept the flat in good nick. We also have a cleaner who comes every 3 weeks to do a deep clean. Flatmates who are friendly and respectful who enjoy chilling together along with an occasional pub quiz.

The two rooms are medium sized doubles that will be available from the 5th September. They're furnished with bed, side table/chest of drawers, huge wardrobe space etc - All the essentials. The main bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet is shared and there’s a second separate toilet as well which is handy. The building itself is a healthy mix of working professionals and families.

£789.75 pcm is rent, with bills, council tax etc excluded which comes to around £949.14 in total (we’re in council tax band E).
