We are 2 students at Imperial College London looking for someone to move into the house till our contract ends in August 2026. We are friendly and easy-going, and anyone is welcome :-)
The room is a double room on the ground floor that was left behind by our flatmate moving out. It is listed as unfurnished, but it is possible that some furniture will be left behind for your use.
The house is on a quiet road that is a 15-minute walk from amenities in both Hammersmith and Barnes. It has a garden and patio that are ideal for barbeques and can be used to park bikes.
Bills are not included but usually amount to between £30 and £40. The house is Council Tax Band B.
The ideal move-in date is September 14th, but we are flexible by a week or 2.
