-3 tenants in total (professional Korean females)
-Shared living room and kitchen
-Access to communal garden

💷 Rent
-£1,550 per month (bills excluded)
-12 months’ rent upfront required
-Council Tax Band G
-If you leave before the end of the term, you can find a replacement tenant and settle the remaining rent balance for the rest of the period.
