It's a double room in 3 bed flat in SW13, 5 mins away from the Thames and 15 mins walk to Hammersmith station

🛏️ *Furniture in the room*: it came with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. I'll be taking my desk, but I'm happy to consider selling the rest of my things if you're interested.

💷 *Rent*: £850 per month (bills excluded, but it roughly comes to £40-50 each a month).

🏡 *The rest of the house*: furnished 3rd floor flat. 2 bathrooms (one has a bathtub, the other a shower), living room with dining table, a massive kitchen, a balcony and parking space included. There is also a front and back garden that's communal.

📆 *Timeframe*: I'm looking for someone to replace me from the 25th of December 2025 (earlier possible). The tenancy runs until at least mid-2028, and you are free to move if you find somebody to replace you. Property managed by Marsh & Parsons, the landlords are chill and lovely (spoke to them on the phone).
