Room to rent in lovely 3 bed flat in Barnes

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely 3 bed flat in Barnes as I am moving out of London to start a new job!!

The room is fully furnished (with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, and bookshelf), it is quite spacious and has a lovely window view of the gardens.

The flat is very cosy and homely, with a big balcony which we like to use in the summer, and a living room where we like to have movie nights!

You'll be sharing the flat with 2 other girls 💕 (Mili, 25 and Katy 23 - both professionals working in Accountancy and Childcare). We are all friendly, considerate and tidy, the flat definitely feels more like a home than just a place to rent, so we are ideally looking for someone friendly who would love to make new friends!

We do love to socialise and catch up in the evenings, or have dinners together in the local area! But we are also independent and respect eachother’s space.

The area is lovely and safe, with cafes, charity shops, grocery store, a book shop and a park nearby. Putney, Hammersmith and Richmond are also super close.

I have honestly loved my time living here and am gutted to be leaving. I have especially valued the friendships I have made.

Our interests include movie nights, wine nights, art, writing, reading, travelling, dancing, and going to the gym. Please drop us a message if you’re interested ⭐️

The room is rented at £755/month
And bills are roughly around £155/month

The landlord is very responsive and deals with anything pretty quickly.

Room is available from 24 January 2026 - but I am flexible if you would like to move earlier or a week later!
