Spacious Flat in Beautiful Barnes

I am looking to sublet the spare room in my flat in Barnes, South West London.

The room has a double bed and ample storage space. The flat itself is spacious and light with a large living/dining area and a well-proportioned open plan kitchen fitted with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is also large. There is a small balcony at the front of the property. There is a garage in which I currently keep my car, but parking permits are available for nearby streets.

The room is available for £700 per calendar month, plus £150 per calendar month for all bills, including council tax and a cleaner once a fortnight. It is available from 1st September, though I can be quite flexible about move-in dates.

There is a Tesco very nearby along with other shops and amenities. Hammersmith station is a short 15 minute walk across the bridge and there are buses that run regularly from outside the property taking you to Central London or to Richmond etc.

Barnes Village itself is a short walk away and is a beautiful oasis of calm close to the centre of London, with lots of individual boutique and specialist shops alongside an impressive range of bars and restaurants.

You would be sharing with me - a prep school music teacher at a school nearby. I'm a friendly, chatty and upbeat individual who is a workaholic! During the week in term time I am hardly around, and so enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine or three at the weekends. I occasionally have friends round for dinner or drinks and would hope you might do the same!

I am looking to share with someone who wants a pleasant place to live, is friendly and enjoys a chat in the evenings or a trip to the local pub. A music lover is a plus, but not a requirement.
