A bright and spacious double room is available in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Barnes.

We’re located next to Barnes Village, with a friendly local community right on the doorstep. You’ll find handy shops, a weekly farmers’ market, the Olympic Studios boutique cinema (just a one-minute walk away), great pubs, and beautiful riverside walks all nearby.

The room can be furnished with a wardrobe and a new king-size bed if needed, so it’s flexible depending on what you already have. If you have your own it's not a problem.

The flat has a good-sized kitchen with a kitchen table, lovely spacious living room, bathroom, and an additional WC, secure bicycle area on the ground floor, and a fantastic large roof terrace with amazing views over London.

Transport links are excellent: a short walk to buses to Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District, Circle, and H&C lines), or a 10-minute walk to Barnes Station (Zone 3) for Clapham Junction and Waterloo.

About us:
You’d be sharing with two female family members in our 30s and 40s. We both work (one in film, the other in music tech) and we travel fairly regularly. We enjoy films, TV, good food, and a friendly chat. We also fully respect privacy and personal space. We’ve lived here happily for 18 years and have shared with a few lovely housemates over the years.

We’re looking for:
A friendly, easy-going female only housemate who is happy to hang out and chat but also values a calm home. It's not a party house. Ideally, we'd like to share with someone who is not working from home full-time, as we’ve found this helps keep a good balance in the home.

All utility bills, including council tax, are included in the rent.
