A bright and spacious double room is available in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Barnes.

We’re perfectly located next to Barnes Village, with a friendly local community right on the doorstep. You’ll find handy shops, a weekly farmers’ market, the Olympic Studios boutique cinema (just a one-minute walk away), great pubs, and beautiful riverside walks all nearby.

The room can be furnished with a wardrobe and a new king-size bed if needed, so it’s flexible depending on what you already have.
The flat includes a good-sized kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom, secure bicycle storage, and a fantastic large roof terrace with amazing views over London and the South West.

Transport links are excellent: a short walk to buses to Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District, Circle, and H&C lines), or a 10-minute walk to Barnes Station (Zone 3) for Clapham Junction and Waterloo.

About us:
You’d be sharing with two female family members in our 30s and 40s. We both work (one in film, the other in events), travel fairly regularly, and enjoy films, TV, good food, and a friendly chat. We also fully respect privacy and personal space. We’ve lived here happily for 17 years and have shared the home with a few lovely housemates over time—hopefully you could be the next!

We’re looking for:
A friendly, easy-going female housemate who is happy to occasionally socialise but also values a calm and respectful home. Ideally, someone who is not working from home full-time, as we’ve found this helps keep a good balance in the home.

All utility bills, including council tax, are included in the rent.
