The apartment was refurbished about two years ago so is in good condition. New furniture has just been installed and the kitchen has just been upgraded, overall the apartment is in good condition and finished to a high standard.

The area is great as it's close to open spaces (richmond park etc) and only 10min walk from the thames path and a short walk / bus ride to Putney High street. The train station is less than 2min away and it is easy to get into the city from here.

The room is a good size with plenty of cupboard space and a double bed is included. The room has a nice view over the garden area.

The 2 flatmates are working professionals and very easy going / considerate people.

We are looking for someone to move-in as soon as possible.
