2 Rooms Available In Cute Chilled House In Barnes

I'm an american female musician looking for new housemates.

There are two rooms;
One is on the bottom floor and faces the back garden.
The other is directly above it, also with a view of the garden.

Each room includes a bed frame/mattress. The room on the bottom floor also has a desk and a wardrobe.

NO COUPLES PLEASE.

The house has a cute kitchen (I've got all the pots/pans/silverware/china etc), a back garden with a grill, table, and freshly grown vegetables, yoga mats, a cosy living room with TV, record player, small table for eating meals, loungey couch, and a full bathroom.

I am tidy, and like to keep things neat, but besides that I'm pretty relaxed and chilled out.

I do have a cat named Arthur. He is very cute, loves cuddles, and stays outside a lot of the time. i. e. you can't smell him! If I am out of town, I would ask that you could help look after him.

I enjoy cooking, and watching films at home. I enjoy my own privacy as well. This is not a party house, and I treat it like a HOME, not a place to flop, and I expect everyone to contribute to cleaning etc. to some degree.

The house is a 10 minute walk from either Barnes or Barnes Bridge station, and a 2 minute walk from the bus stop with busses going to Richmond, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham, Hammersmith etc.
