We have a lovely spacious double room, fully furnished available in a friendly 3-bed flat share. We are looking for an easy going, tidy professional to join two others.
The flat is located at Barnes Pond, in the centre of Barnes close to Putney, Richmond, Chiswick and Hammersmith.
The flat is 10 minutes walk to Barnes Train Station and 7 min walk to Barnes Bridge Train station, which takes you directly into Clapham Junction (10-15 mins), Vauxhall (15-20 mins) & Waterloo (20-25 mins).
You can jump on a bus also outside the flat, which takes you directly into Richmond (bus 419) within 15-20 mins or Putney (bus 378) within 5 mins to explore great bars, restaurants as well as the shopping experience and amazing picturesque views. Putney & Richmond also have tube stations where you can take the district line.
Westfield London (largest shopping centre in Europe with over 60 places to eat and drink!) in Shepherd's Bush, is also a 40 minute journey by public transport from Barnes.
The room comes with a double bed, under bed storage, side chest of drawers and two spacious fitted wardrobes.
The flat has a good sized kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher, kitchen table, bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet, large living room with a balcony which is great for sunny days and eating alfresco!
There is also parking available outside the flats for permit holders..
Barnes is lovely! The flat is 2 minutes walk from the river, (great for running or walking). There is also a range of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants close by. There is an M&S food hall, Sainsbury's local, butchers, fishmonger, several coffee shops and other independent shops. We even have a cinema and Saturday farmers market.
Current flatmates, Laura (British, Civil Servant) and Alice (British, Trainee Archivist) are friendly, social, enjoy cooking, and the occasional visit to the pub but also live independent lives.
Ideally, we are looking for an easy going, tidy professional late 20's-40’s. The flat would suit someone friendly, tidy and keen to make this flat their home for at least the next 12 months.
Rent is £895 per calendar month plus approx £150 for bills per month.
Bills cover Council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband, tv licence and weekly cleaner (for all communal areas).
