Wonderful double room in a great house minutes from Barnes Bridge Station and the river Thames.

The house is in a great location, with good sized living room and garden.

There are 4 other housemates (1 female 3 males) all in their mid-twenties to early thirties who enjoy music, sports, cooking, rum and beers by the river! We are all professionals working in TV/radio and PR.
Love sitting down together for dinner as a house or chilling out watching TV. We are all good fun but also respectful of peoples personal space.

The room for rent is up in the roof of the house and is cosy but clean and airy.

Rent is £450 pcm bills not included but these usually work out at around £50-60 per month. This is for internet, CT, energy etc...

For travel we are about 2 mins walk from Barnes Bridge station which is 20minutes from Waterloo, and we are about 10minutes on a bus to Hammersmith for the tube (district/piccadilly/hammersmi th&city lines)

Saying goodbye to a housemate of 4 years so looking for someone fun and friendly to fill his space.
