There is a big double bedroom with en suite available in our 2 bedroom flat. Move in is as early as February 19th but could be pushed to the 1st of March.

The flat and room:
Perfectly positioned between leafy Islington and the busy international hub of Kings Cross. This recent new build flat (only 2 yrs old!) consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen/living area. The kitchen has a fridge, washer/dryer and a new induction stove top. There is also a large balcony that is amazing for sun in the summer.
The building has a secure bike storage room.

The furniture in the room is owned by the outgoing tenants, who are happy to sell them to the new tenant (or you can bring your own things!).

Location:
-The flat is located on the second floor and is a 1 min walk to the overground at Caledonian Road & Barnsbury
- 15 mins walk to Kings Cross station
- 8 mins walk to Caledonian Road tube station.
-10 min walk to Upper St/Islington

Fees:
There are NO agency fees which is ideal! :)

The flatmates:
You’d be living with Tom, a Kiwi lawyer in his early 30s who's been in London for 3 years.

I'm looking for an easy going single person or couple who are happy to relax by themselves but just as comfortable hanging out sharing a meal or drinks.

Please note that there will be an increase from the advertised price of £50 for couples.
