Cozy Bedroom in Shared House

The House is located in a very good area of London (Zone 1), between Angel Station and King's Cross Station. 3 supermarkets 4 minutes away. A Gym and 24/7 Gaz Station open right accross the street.

The occupants are cool, down to earth and we all do our own thing.
Very big kitchen, and a front yard (for those who smoke, as smoking is not allowed inside). Two bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bath. Toilet is seperate from both, which is quite cool. We have a cleaning lady that comes once a week (included in the rent).

Inclusive council tax, water rates, electric and Internet.

The room is always filled with light, even on cloudy days. Big window in the room.

I'm leaving because I am moving back to Paris, but would definitly take the room again if I ever get the chance to live in London again.
